Facilities Hire
Logan Hockey Club offers local facilities available for hire, including our well-equipped hall and pristine hockey field. Conveniently located in the heart of Logan, our facilities are ideal for community events, corporate functions, and sports and recreational activities.
If you wish to hire the Hall or Fields, then you must have a current Public Liability Insurance. If you do not have this, we will be unable to accommodate your booking.
Hire Process
What to do and what to expect in this process.
Step 1
Check the Booking Calendar to ensure the dates and times you require are available.
Step 2
Create a Booking using the Booking Application below the Booking Calendar. Select your date and time, answer the questions on the intake form, read our Terms and Conditions, tick the box, and submit your application. you will need to pay for the booking in full at this point.
If you wish to create a recurring booking, there is space for this information on the intake form too.
Step 3
You will be contacted by a Club Representative to confirm details. If there are any issues and the Club unfortunately cannot accept your Booking, it will be removed from our calendar and you will be refunded all monies paid. If your Booking is accepted…
Step 4
You will receive a notification that the booking is confirmed.
If you requested a recurring booking, we will add these to our calendar and send you an invoice that can be paid separately to the original booking.
Step 5
You will receive a reminder about your booking two days prior.
Hire Fees and Charges
The Club’s current hire fees and charges are as follows:
Hall
Hourly Rate (7am-12am) $35/hr
Day/Bulk Booking Rate $140/day (only for bookings up to 5pm)
Field
Hourly Rate (7am-10pm) $30/hr
Day/Bulk Booking Rate $120/day (only for bookings up to 5pm)
These are community rates. No further discounts are available to individuals or groups.
All rates are subject to review and adjustment each year.

Booking Application
The minimum hire period is two hours (2 hours). The Booking time must include set up and pack up. Bookings for less than 2 hours will not be accepted.
